CLEVELAND (WJW) – Whereas crews have been onerous at work Tuesday filming the brand new “Superman” film in downtown Cleveland, a FOX 8 digicam crews caught a primary glimpse of the Man of Metal himself on set.
Superman, donning his iconic crimson, blue and yellow swimsuit with a cape and an “S” emblem on his chest, was seen strolling down the steps of Cleveland Metropolis Corridor.
Lakeside Avenue was closed for filming on Tuesday. It was the newest of many highway closures since movie crews began remodeling downtown streets into the fictional metropolis of Metropolis.
The world round Lakeside Avenue needs to be again open Wednesday, however there can be extra highway closures round Public Sq..

The movie, starring David Corenswet as Clark Kent (aka Superman) and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, is about to launch in July 2025, in accordance with IMDB. The movie is being directed by “Guardians of the Galaxy” and “The Suicide Squad” director James Gunn.
